The Route. Shown below marked in blue.

This is 5K Multi-Terrain Course with some demanding steep hill sections
Starting in the Rugby pitch on rough and uneven grass, you exit the Rugby ground bottom left corner through the gate turning right into Parkegue and on to tarmac. Through the industrial estate turning left to the end where you turn right through a gate and into the Tremough Campus grounds. Here you start climbing up a steep hill (red arrow), passing the front of the original Convent House and then the Main Block on your right eventually reaching the car park and flat ground (black arrows). A water supply will be stationed here. You then start downhill at the 1.5K point with the Main Block on your right, continuing downhill (green arrows) into the road around the campus accommodation buildings Towards the end of the campus accommodation you start climbing again and just before reaching the sharp left hand corner at the point marked above by a red star you should be careful of the steel car stops inserted into the road. Past these you pass through the block shown above as grey through an arch and back up hill again onto a short section of grass on a plastic mesh. Once past this you reach the long downhill road on a pitted tarmac surface, passing the half way point and at the bottom of the hill out of the Campus grounds. At the bottom of the hill you turn right into Treliver road for a 50 yard stretch. Beware this short section is the only section which is on the main road, at the end of this section you turn right again into Greenwood Road and uphill to Trevance. At the end of Trevance you pass through a narrow barrier onto a tarmac path adjacent to a football pitch, this path brings you back into the industrial estate in Parkengue where you turn left back up Parkengue and left again through the gate and into the Rugby pitch back on to rough grass. A circuit of the rugby pitch brings to to the finish.
