Congratulations to the 57 Runners who entered and finished the main 5K Fun run. This beats the 1st New York Marathon in 1970 when only 55 finished the course. See our results page for all race results an times.
The weather as usual did its worst with hail and snow showers but this didn’t beat the runners and first over the line was Calem Thomas who did it in 18 Minutes and 46 Seconds
Feedback from the finishers indicates that whilst the course was demanding you generally all liked the course and would do it again next year. So next years date is provisionally Sunday 5 April.
The majority of you also thought the course was well marked and supervised.
For the winners we will soon be contacting you for the cup winners presentation date.
Once all runner sponsorship monies are received we will advise the amount raised here.
